When we sign a contract with a client, that client receives something very special...our VIP business card. Inside the
card are the cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses of all our owners. Anytime our clients need something, they can call any
one of us who will respond promptly to whatever issue has arisen.
Our employees train regularly to stay on top of current issues and new technologies. Unlike some companies who attend training
once, we travel the country many times each year to keep abreast of emerging technologies. Much of the training revolves around
an organization named
CEDIA (Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association). They are the benchmark for training in
our industry.
